3. User Accounts

6. Organization Features

If you use organization features, the following additional terms apply:

• Organization Administrators: Administrators have the ability to invite members, manage organization settings, and remove members. Administrators are responsible for managing their organization appropriately.
• Organization Members: Members can view and interact with counters created for the organization. Members must comply with organization policies set by administrators.
• Shared Content: Content created within an organization may be visible to all organization members. Do not share sensitive or confidential information unless you trust all members of the organization.
• Removal: Administrators may remove members from organizations at any time. We reserve the right to remove users from organizations for violations of these Terms.

7. Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans, including:

• Free Plan: Basic counter functionality available to all users
• Organization Plan: Enhanced features including organization management and collaboration tools

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, features, and pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to subscription terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by Lead Catalyst Tech LLP and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Snap Count name and logo are trademarks of Lead Catalyst Tech LLP.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Experience unscheduled downtime due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features without prior notice

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability or interruptions.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your User Content in accordance with our data retention policies.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100), whichever is greater.
