Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a member and a counter?

A member is a person who taps. A counter is the thing being counted: a store, a builder, a pallet grade. Pro includes 10 members and unlimited counters. Enterprise has unlimited members and unlimited counters. Twelve staff across 8 stores, each store counting traffic and stock-outs, is 12 members and 16 counters.

What if more than 10 people need to count?

Pro holds 10 teammates. Anyone who only needs to see the number can use a watch-only live link, which needs no seat. If more than 10 people tap, Enterprise has unlimited teammates for $39/mo or $349/yr.

Should I buy the Event Pass or Pro monthly?

The Event Pass is $9 once for 72 hours of Pro and never renews. Pro monthly is $15 for a month and renews until you cancel. For a single event of one to three days, take the pass. If you count every week, Pro works out cheaper.

What happens when the 7-day trial ends?

Nothing is charged. The trial never takes a payment on its own. Your counters and totals stay saved, and a short grace period follows. After that, counting on them needs Pro, Enterprise, or an Event Pass.

How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Cancel any time in Settings, then Billing. The plan stays on until the end of the billing cycle you paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal and is not refunded. Completed web purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law, where access was not delivered as described, or where Dodo Payments' buyer terms require or permit a refund. Email viraj@snapcount.app if one of those applies.

Do I get a receipt, and is tax included?

Payments go through Dodo Payments, which emails a receipt for every charge. Any sales tax or VAT for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I download a daily report of counter activity?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise include a daily activity report. Pick a date range (up to 90 days) and an optional counter, then download a CSV with per-day summaries. Event-level history stays on Enterprise. All dates and timestamps use your saved timezone.

Is there a lifetime plan?

Yes. Pro Lifetime is $199 and Enterprise Lifetime is $399, paid once for one organization, with no renewal. Licenses are sold in batches of 10 at the same price, and the pricing page shows how many are claimed in the current batch. Existing Team $49 and Enterprise $79 lifetime buyers keep access and do not need to switch. Billing shows a Lifetime (legacy) note for them.

Are iOS prices the same as the web prices?

Not necessarily. The prices on this site are web prices. Native iOS prices are shown in the app and may differ. This site does not quote iOS prices.
