Per organization. Every organization you create has its own subscription. If you own multiple organizations, each one is billed separately: subscribe only the organizations that need it.

Do members of my organization need to pay?

No. Only the Organization Owner pays the subscription. You can invite staff or volunteers to join your organization at no extra cost.

What happens after my trial ends?

After your 7-day trial, you'll be charged based on your chosen plan and billing cycle. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

SnapCount needs an internet connection to keep all devices in sync. If you go offline, you'll see an alert right away so you know to reconnect before continuing.

Can I download a daily report of counter activity?

Yes. Enterprise plans include a daily activity report. Pick a date range (up to 90 days) and an optional counter, then download a CSV with per-day summaries and per-event detail. All dates and timestamps use your saved timezone.
