Yes. Start a free Guest Mode session without signing up. It starts with 1 hour and stays open while active for up to 4 hours, with limits shown in the product. A session only counts toward those limits once you start counting in it. If live sync works for your crew, start a 7-day trial (3 counters, plus up to 3 you saved from a free session, not full Pro) or subscribe for the organization that needs saved counters, invites, and CSV/JSON export.
What happens after a guest session ends?

Counting stops, and there is no export. The organizer's browser can still save it into a free account for 24 hours after it ends. Pro saves the counter, so each store's or builder's number goes to head office or the district manager as that day's record.
Do members of my organization need to pay?

No. Only the Organization Owner buys the plan. You can invite every store or builder who counts to join your organization at no extra cost. Pro includes 10 seats. Enterprise has unlimited seats.
What happens if I lose internet connection?

Live totals on other devices need a connection. If yours drops, keep counting: taps are held on this device for up to 24 hours, even if the page reloads, and each one is sent exactly once when the connection returns, so nothing is counted twice. Other devices see them once they arrive. A free Guest session that ends while you are offline cannot take them, so reconnect before it closes.
Is the plan per user or per organization?

Per organization. Every organization you create has its own Pro or Enterprise plan. Subscribe only for the organizations that need saved counters, invites, and exports.
Start with a free shared counter. Move to Pro when the count needs saving, a crew, and an export. Enterprise adds unlimited seats, per-store access, and a fresh count each day.
