SnapCount Affiliate Program Terms

Effective: August 1, 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the SnapCount Affiliate Program operated by Lead Catalyst Tech LLP ("SnapCount," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying for or participating in the program, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Enrollment and approval

You must submit a truthful application through our Affonso portal. Participation is by manual approval only. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove an applicant or affiliate at our discretion, including to protect customers, our brand, or the integrity of the program.

2. Eligible purchases and commission

An eligible purchase is a new referred customer's first completed SnapCount Team or Enterprise web lifetime purchase processed through Dodo Payments. App Store purchases, purchases by existing paid customers, plan upgrades, additional organization purchases, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, fraudulent transactions, and cancelled or reversed payments are not eligible.

The commission is 20% of the eligible product amount actually paid after any SnapCount-approved discount and before tax. Payment processor fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and other deductions are excluded from the commission calculation.

3. Attribution and tracking

Affonso records referrals through a 30-day referral cookie and its tracking systems. SnapCount and Affonso records determine whether a purchase is attributed. You must use only the referral link assigned to you and must not alter tracking links, cookies, metadata, or attribution records.

4. Review, reversals, and payouts

Commissions are held for 30 days before they may be approved. We review approved commissions monthly. A payout is considered only after your approved balance reaches $50. Payment method, tax information, invoices, and any other required payout details are arranged case by case and must be complete before payment can be made.

We may reject, reverse, offset, or delay commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, tracking errors, breach of these terms, or other invalid activity. Our records and reasonable determination control the calculation and approval of commissions.

5. Permitted promotion

You may publish honest, accurate recommendations through your own content, website, opt-in email list, client work, or organic social channels. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship near each recommendation and comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and disclosure laws.

6. Prohibited promotion

  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to create artificial sales or commissions.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading claims, impersonation, or pretending to represent SnapCount.
  • Unapproved coupon, cashback, or deal-site listings, or discounts not issued by SnapCount.
  • Paid search, paid social, domains, or advertising that use SnapCount names, trademarks, misspellings, or confusingly similar branding.
  • Any promotion that infringes rights, violates platform rules, or harms SnapCount customers or reputation.

7. Brand and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the approved SnapCount materials in the Affiliate Resources only to promote the program in accordance with these terms. We retain all rights in SnapCount names, logos, content, and product materials. We may require you to revise or remove any use at any time.

8. Taxes, relationship, and liability

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of SnapCount. You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations, filings, insurance, expenses, and legal obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapCount is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the program.

9. Changes, termination, and contact

We may change, pause, or end the program or these terms at any time. We will not owe commission for transactions that are not eligible, approved, or payable under these terms. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including payment review, taxes, intellectual property, and liability, will survive.

Questions about the program, application, tracking, or payment should be sent to viraj@snapcount.app.
