Why we built SnapCount
Counting is often a team job, but most counter apps are designed for one person on one device. Event staff at separate gates, warehouse teams working across aisles, and field crews frequently end up reconciling paper sheets, radio updates, or separate spreadsheets after the work is done.
SnapCount replaces that handoff with one shared count. Each person can update the same session from a phone, tablet, or laptop, while every connected screen stays synchronized. A link or QR code gets the team into the right count quickly.
Who SnapCount serves
SnapCount supports event and venue teams monitoring entrances or occupancy, retail and warehouse teams running stocktakes, traffic researchers, volunteer crews, educators, community groups, and informal sports organizers. Free guest sessions make it possible to start together without accounts. Organization plans add saved counters, members, activity history, roles, locks, read-only public views, and CSV or JSON reporting.
