What is the difference between a member and a counter?
A member is a person who taps. A counter is the thing being counted: a gate, a runner, a product, a service. Pro includes 10 members and unlimited counters. Enterprise has unlimited members and unlimited counters. Five volunteers counting laps for 100 runners is 5 members and 100 counters.
Who is Stadium for?
Stadium is a custom operations plan for venues counting 50,000+ entries across 20+ gates. It includes sales-led command-level onboarding. There is no published self-serve SLA. A 4-person event crew almost always belongs on Pro at $15/mo or $129/yr.
Can I download a daily report of counter activity?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise include a daily activity report. Pick a date range (up to 90 days) and an optional counter, then download a CSV with per-day summaries. Event-level history stays on Enterprise. All dates and timestamps use your saved timezone.
I already bought a lifetime plan. Do I need to switch?
No. Existing Team $49 and Enterprise $79 lifetime buyers keep access. Billing shows a Lifetime (legacy) note. Lifetime is not a listed plan, so the plans on this page are monthly or yearly Pro and Enterprise.
Are iOS prices the same as the web prices?
Not necessarily. The prices on this site are web prices. Native iOS prices are shown in the app and may differ. This site does not quote iOS prices.
