Why it ended
A free session starts with 1 hour. Counting with under 30 minutes left extends it to an hour from then, up to 4 hours from the start. If the time runs out with nobody counting, or at 4 hours, it ends on every phone.
Keep the count
On the organizer's browser, choose Save Session and sign in with Google, Apple, or email. It is free. You can still save it for 24 hours after it ends.
Saved into an organization on a trial or paid plan, the same link keeps counting: until the trial ends, or as long as the plan stays paid.
Session limits
Free sessions are limited per week on a device and per hour and day on a network. A session counts once it takes its first count, so opening a link uses nothing.
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| You have used this week's free live sessions | Save a session into a free account, or wait until next week on this device. |
| This network has used its free live sessions for now | Wait a while, or count in a free account, which has no network limit. |
