Can I use SnapCount without an account?
Yes. Start a guest session and count right away. Free sessions start with 1 hour and stay open while you are counting, up to 4 hours.
Do the people counting need an account?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code. Accounts are for the people who set up counters and keep the record.
Does SnapCount count automatically?
No. SnapCount records taps made by people. It has no sensors, cameras, or automatic counting.
Can I get the count into a spreadsheet?
Yes, as CSV or JSON, which spreadsheets open. See Reports and exports.
Which languages does SnapCount speak?
The website and free tools are in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Indonesian. The dashboard is in English.
