Share a count by link and QR code
Bring people into a count with a QR code, and put the live total on a screen nobody can tap.
Updated
Share a guest session
Open the share sheet in a guest session to get a QR code and Copy link. Anyone who scans it joins the same live count, with no account.
In event capacity mode, each gate gets its own QR code and gate link, and the main link becomes a watch-only link for managers and screens.
Let others count on saved counters
An admin can open Let others count on a saved counter to make a counting link. Anyone with it can count, with no account and no device limit. A link covers up to 30 counters and needs a trial or a paid plan.
Stop the link at any time. A stopped link stays readable, not countable, for 24 hours.
Watch-only screens
For a TV at the door or a manager's phone, make a public view instead: Create public view on a counter, or a display for a group, a capacity board, a scoreboard, or the totals. Public views are Pro and above, and admins create them.
- The page is read-only and refreshes every 5 seconds.
- If it misses two refreshes it says Not updating and shows the last update time.
- A capacity board shows Nearly full and At capacity.
- Rotate public link makes a new address. Turn off public link ends it, and the old address says the display is no longer available.
Embed and OBS
A guest session's organizer can place the live count on a web page, or on a stream as a transparent OBS overlay. The overlay shows the count for as long as the session is open. Options and parameters are in Embed and OBS.
