Reports and exports
Take the count out of SnapCount as CSV or JSON, now or on a schedule, for the report it was always meant for.

Export now
Choose Generate report in the dashboard. Pick what to export and CSV or JSON. Dates and times use your saved timezone, and a range can cover up to 90 days.
| Report | What it holds | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Current snapshot | Every counter's value right now | Trial and above |
| Daily summary | Each day's high, low, and number of counts | Pro |
| Event history | Every count, with its time | Enterprise |
| Busiest times | Peak 15 minutes and busiest hour | Enterprise |
| By person | Counts per person | Enterprise |
Scheduled email reports
On Pro and above, an admin sets up scheduled reports: a snapshot or the daily summary (event history on Enterprise), as CSV or JSON, daily or weekly at a send time in your timezone, to 1 to 10 people.
Each email links to its file, frozen at send time. The link opens without signing in, so it can go to someone outside the team, and it lasts 365 days.
Counter stats
View analytics on a counter charts it by week, month, or year. Counter stats are part of Pro and above. Busiest times is Enterprise.
Send counts to your own system
To pull totals into another system, use the read-only public API, or get a signed webhook on every count. Both come with Pro and Enterprise.
