Organizations, members, and roles
An organization keeps a team's counters, members, and plan together. Roles decide who counts and who manages.

Organizations
Each organization keeps its own counters, members, and plan, and features follow the plan of the organization you have open. Switch between them from the sidebar or Organizations.
You can create another organization while you belong to one on a trial or a paid plan. Each new organization starts its own 7-day trial, with you as owner.
Invite teammates
Open Members
Owners and admins open Members and choose Invite.
Pick a role
Invite as Member or Admin. The invite goes to that email address.
Accept within 7 days
The teammate opens the email and signs in or creates an account with that same address. Pending invites can be resent.
People who only tap a counter don't need a seat: send them a counting link instead.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Member | Counts, and creates counters. |
| Admin | Everything a member does, plus inviting teammates, managing members and counters, links, displays, reports, and API keys. |
| Owner | Everything an admin does, plus billing. Only the owner can demote or remove admins. |
Seats
Pro and the trial hold up to 10 members. Enterprise has unlimited members. Compare them in Plans and limits.
