Counting terms
TermWhat it means
Guest sessionA free live count with no account. It lasts 1 hour, extends while people count, and ends at 4 hours.
CounterOne number people tap up or down. It can count by more than 1, only up, or only down.
GroupCounters kept together, like one per store or builder. A group can add up its counters into one total.
Numbered setMany counters created at once with one name, like Runner 1 to Runner 100. Pro and above.
TotalsWhen groups share counter names, the Totals tab adds them into one live total per item.
Goal and capacityA target for a counter, or a limit for a group. A group turns amber at 90% and red when full.

Sharing

Sharing terms
TermWhat it means
Counting linkA link anyone can open to count, with no account. Shown as a QR code too.
Watch-only linkA read-only live view for a manager, a TV, or a projector. It never shows controls.
Public displayA watch-only screen for saved counters, a capacity board, a scoreboard, or totals.
EmbedA live guest count placed on a web page or a stream overlay in OBS.

Teams and plans

Team terms
TermWhat it means
OrganizationA workspace with its own counters, members, and plan. You can belong to several.
Owner, Admin, MemberMembers count. Admins also invite teammates and manage members and counters. The owner also manages billing.
TrialEvery new organization gets 7 days with 3 counters. It never charges on its own.
