What is SnapCount?

A shared live tally counter. Several people count on their own phones at the same time, and every screen shows the same total.

One count, every phone

SnapCount replaces clickers, paper tally sheets, radio rollups, and the spreadsheet someone types up after the shift. Each person taps on the phone, tablet, or laptop they already have. Every tap reaches the other screens live, so the manager sees the real total while the work is still happening.

There is nothing to install and nothing to buy for the people counting. They open a link or scan a QR code, and they are counting.

Two ways to use it

Guest Mode compared with an organization
Guest ModeOrganization
AccountNoneFree to create, starts a 7-day trial
How long it lasts1 hour, extended while people count, up to 4 hoursCounters stay until you delete them
DevicesUp to 10Every member, plus counting links
RecordCan be saved into an account for 24 hours after it endsHistory, exports, and scheduled reports

Most teams start with a free guest session to see the sync work, then save it into an organization when the count becomes a record worth keeping.

Who uses it

  • Store chains count foot traffic and stock-outs in every store, and the manager sees every store added up.
  • Pallet yards and production floors count each builder's or worker's output, by grade or product, with one live total.
  • Warehouses split a stocktake by zone and count it as a team.
  • Events, churches, and races count gates, services, laps, and finishers across stations.
