# SnapCount: Shared Tally Counter App for Teams

SnapCount is a live shared tally counter for teams that count together: people at doors and events, foot traffic and stock-outs in stores, or output per worker. Everyone taps on their own phone and sees the same total live, and the count is kept as a daily record. Its daily users are store chains that count each store and yards that count each builder. Guest sessions need no account. They start with 1 hour and stay open while active for up to 4 hours. Pro keeps saved counters, invites, roles, counter stats, and CSV/JSON snapshot or daily export. Enterprise adds activity history, locks, timestamped event export, and capacity threshold alerts (dashboard inbox and email).

Give each store or builder its own counter group with the same counter names. Once two groups share a counter name, the Totals tab adds them into one live total per item. On Pro and Enterprise, a watch-only live view shows a group or the totals on a TV or phone, the daily summary exports as CSV/JSON, and scheduled email reports send it at a chosen time. Teams also use SnapCount for event gate counts, church attendance, fun runs, and volunteer crews. Sessions can be shared by link or QR code.
